Payment was made using Citrus payment gateway for the order on zara application. Date: 3 Jan 2021 Time: 1st transaction: 11:15 2nd transaction: 11:27 Both for same amount : 2280 ₹ For the same order. Both the time the amount was deducted from the account but the zara app shows payment not completed. Would like to request a refund of the total amount of 4560 ₹.
