Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment failed via Zara

Hi I placed an order from Zara and chose to pay through UPI. Zara used citrus solutions for payments in UPI. My payment failed and Zara canceled the order but payment was deducted and gone to citrus solutions. No refund has been initiated. Please help me out with this.
