Citrus Payment Solutions — payment for nios dled not done

Hi team, i made the payment for nios dled of r. 4553 on 7th of november using my citi bank debit card. Money got diducted from my bank however, it was never sent to nios due to which my payment status for dled still says payment not made. Kindly make the payment or refund my money.
