Citrus Payment Solutions — payment issue for nios

Hi

Today i made for my mom's teacher bridge course that is of 6 month.

I made the payment from your citrus pay server.

Payment is deducted from my bank account that is ₹5059 respectively but your site says payment not made even after successful payment.

You can check the screenshot attached in the mail which shows the transaction number of the payment also.
Please help me out.
