On 09/11/2022, I made a payment of Rs 1000/- through netbanking favoring Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for top up recharge of my Metro Card No. 76436640.
The top up details are as under:

Top Up Request Date 09/11/2022 at 10.33
Merchant Transaction Id[protected]
This amount of Rs 1000/- was debited from my account [protected] of Axis Bank, Asaf Ali Road, Delhi but the same was not credited into my Metro Card. I made a complaint with DMRC at their portal to which I received the following reply:-
