[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment made on Zara - December 1

Hi,

I have made a payment for a purchase on Zara on December 1. The amount has been deducted, however the company has confirmed that they have not received the payment and that it is probably a gateway failure.

I am attaching the screenshot of the message with details of the transaction, can you please confirm when I can expect the refund. There was no response to my email and hence sending a mail here. Thank you
