Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment made to ZARA- refund not received

I had made a payment to Zara on 12/9/2020 and the same amount was deducted from my bank account but the order was cancelled.
On contacting Zara they told me that the payment was stuck with the payment gateway merchant(citrus Payment solutions private limited).
I have tried writing to the first and second level on the Mail ID provided by them but no response towards the same has been received
The transaction ID provided by ZARA has been attached below

I haven’t received any intimation from your side regarding the same...
