Hi team,
My husband recharged sun dth [protected] for monthly subscription package of rs 289. The amount got debited from his account (Reference no[protected]. He also got a confirmation in a message from citrus as "payment was successful". but the channels were not activated and when contacted the customer care, they said that the amount is still not reflecting. Hence, he recharged again and it is now activated. Now the amount got debited twice.
Please help to refund the amount of rs 289.
I have attached screenshot of both the transactions from hdfc netbanking.
Kindly look into this on priority and help to get the amount refunded.
