Citrus Payment Solutions — payment made under nios deled money deducted but failed and not refund

I hve applied admission under nios deled on the last date of admission at 11.26 but payment failed and money not refund please kindly refund my money someone call me telling that he's calling from nios and asking me to give my card details even cvv no but i didn't give him.. What will i do?
