Citrus Payment Solutions — payment not credited in bank account

Dear sir / madam,

I have initiated a transaction of rs 5000 from wallet to my bank account on 23/10/2017 09:09 pm. Still it is not been credited in my account. I have send several messages through mobile app need help? Option. Till date no revert is received. Also no direct contact available to discuss with citrus team.

Please let me know when the amount will be credited in my bank account / wallet.
