[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment not processed, but money deducted. | |
[protected] upi transaction id The money has been deducted from my bank account, but the citrus pay site showed payment failure and my order on the zara app, which uses citrus payment as its upi partner, has not been confirmed. It is extremely hard to get in contact with the customer service as the website had convoluted menus. I want my money back or the payment processed, as at this point it is plain robbery on the part of citrus payments. Highly disappointed and annoyed. Was this information helpful? | |
