[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment not submitted to rie mysore

I have just made a payment to rie mysore by filling up cee form 2017. Message has come to my mobile of succesful transcation but still it is showing of making payment online on my form. I want my solution in 3hrs.
On pos 14cf[protected] txn=[protected]
O do solution, this citrus payment is just fraud??
I need my answer so please there are many people who had faced this.
