Citrus Payment Solutions — payment not yet credited to my bank account

I have transferred rs.5000 from my wallet on 2/12/2017 to my savings account, it was mentioned that my account will be credited in next 2 days or 48 hours. But it is still not been done.

There is no response to the email not any customer care number gets connected to the person.

I have to make a payment which is overdue by now, who will bear the penalty for the same.

I think this is a serious issue with the wallet, you cannot play with someone's hard earned money.
I am humble requesting you to refund my money at the earliest.
