[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment paid but not received by zara

I paid through citrus by google pay for ordering at zara but they did not recieve any payment and amount is deducted from my account and paid to citrus.

We regret the inconvenience caused. Your transaction with Citrus ID UPI[protected] processed on[protected] for Rs. 4490 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.

I made a purchase on 13 December 2021. But Zara didn't receive the payment l. The amount is debited from my account for the cancelled order.
