[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment regarding on zara.com

I placed order on zara app so I paid for that order two times so I am waiting for refund so can you please help me with this because when I contact zara customer service they told me charge you paid is pre Authorization amount so it will refund automatically in your account my order number is [protected] and name is sameer temkar . please help me with this

As checked, transactions done on 26/11/2020 and 27/11/2020 via Citrus transaction Id- OL[protected] & OL[protected] and source transaction Id - UPI[protected] & UPI[protected] at our end. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.

Please note, Citrus is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 28/12/2020 via RRN 036122434151. You will receive the amount in your source account within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
