I am a teacher undergoing my d el ed under national institute of open schoolng having enrollment no [protected]. My name is partha pratim deka. I paid 761.80 rupees for my d el ed exam fees online by a transaction having citrus ref no [protected]i and sbi ref no igadarwdj6. Bank account was debited, but payment status not updated in nios d el ed portal. Please help.
