[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment status remained fail even after successful payment

Hi,
Please help me out with this issue of payment failure. I have paid the fee through upi. I have successfully paid the amount and money also got deducted from my account but when i re logged in, it shows that your last transaction was unsuccessful. Payment status is fail. I have checked 2 - 3 times but it shows the same thing.
Please help me to get my money back.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
