[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment successful but recharge failed | |||
Dear Sir, I, Ria Choudhury, recharged my DMRC Smart card of amount Rs 500 yesterday at 2:55 pm bearing TXN Id : CTX[protected]. Though the payment was successful but as i tried for top up in AVM machine, it was not working. The DMRC professional guided me to contact the citrus wallet as they did not recieve any amount.
