Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment was successful but not received by Zara

I made a payment to Zara for a hand bag through gpay. The payment was successful but was not recieved by Zara. The payment page in Zara app still show payment pending status. The UPI transaction ID[protected]. Please resolve it asap.

The payment now shows canceled whereas my account has already been debited with Rs 2290. I just want my refund now asap.
