Citrus Payment Solutions — pending payment refund

When i will get my money back.. i had already complained about my pending payment issue.. when i get back my refund. sir i already told my problem but no action will be taken about my complained.. and my complained again below i am sending,
I made the payment of delhi university sol b. A political science (Hons) 2nd year form fees on 29th november 2017 of amount rs 3065.55 through ubi citruspay. After few second screen was blanked and my fee receipt was not generated but my payment was debited from my sister's account, due to an error i mistakenly paid twice.
contacted to du sol branch with my registration no. They said that your 1st payment is confirmed (Which is CTX[protected]. But, second which was mistakenly done is in pending at ubi-citrus merchant bank. So, i want to know status of my money which is pending and when i will get back my money?
So, you are requested to credit back my money on my bank account. please take an action about this as soon as possible.
