[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Previously raised Issue not resolved

Hello,
I had made payment for certain product at Zara via Citrus’s payment gateway. I had however immediately cancelled the order before it was even shipped. The amount was deducted from my account and it was never refunded. All this happened on the 25th of July. I was told that the payment will reflect within 7-10 business days. I raised a query but it was marked resolved without initiating any payment.
The only recourse left with me now is to deal with the issue in a legal fashion. I’m willing to serve a legal notice upon all the parties involved and undertake subsequent legal action if my issue is not resolved.
The information previously provided by citrus regarding the status of my refund was vague. It did not even mention my account details.
I’m attaching the concerned screenshot. Kindly resolve it at the earliest.
