Hello, Today i have paid my below two property tax through my ghmc app and choose citrus payments i used upi option. Amount has been deducted but my property tax is still showing due. Please see below transaction details 1. Upi ref[protected]. Ptin [protected] date 10april 08:22:40 am. Amount 2790 2. Upi ref[protected]. Ptin [protected]. Date 10april 08:33:09 am. As checked, transaction of amount Rs. 2790 was a failed transaction via merchant transaction id M103110964020200410082214 and source transaction id UPI[protected]. If any amount is debited from your account it automatically gets refunded to your source account within 5- 7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays). Also, the transaction of amount Rs. 1238 was a successful transaction via merchant transaction id M112992384720200410083226 and source transaction id UPI[protected]. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
