Citrus Payment Solutions — Refund for cancelled order

Had placed an order on Zara on 11 December and the payment mode selected was UPI. I made the payment via GooglePay and gateway partner of zara is Citrus solutions PVT LTD. The money got debited from my account but I cancelled the order shortly after.
Now the order shows as cancelled but there is no mention of anything regarding the refund.
According to zara, they hadn't charged anything yet, and the amount deducted corresponds to pre-authorization of payment by the bank.
Please refund my money as soon as possible.
