Citrus Payment Solutions — Refund for my Zara Order

Hi, I ordered on Zara and made payment via Google Pay, the amount got debited from my account but The order was not confirmed and Nor did i got any refund yet I have confirmed from my Bank and Gpay Also and both says that the payment has been sent to citrus solution pvt ltd.
I kindly request you to refund my money Asap.
