Hi. I placed an order on Zara on June 30, and made the payment of ₹4980. However, the order got cancelled despite the money being debited from my account.
Kindly refund my money asap.
I’ve attached the transaction details.
Apologies for the inconvenience. As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 01/07/2021 via RRN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
