[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Refund from Zara not received yet

Hi. I got this Citrus ID OL[protected] from Zara's cust care, saying they have refunded the amount but I have not received it. It has been more than 40 days now. Please look into this.
We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details to assist you further -
• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Hi,
I placed an order on Zara mobile app on 26th November 2020 worth Rs. 11, 064.
Through UPI(Google Pay). I used the mobile 8218172060 for this. (My UPI ID is killingmachine247@okicici)
The RRN(Reference) number for this transaction is 033119218473.
On 13th December, I decided to refund one item from the order worth Rs. 9, 990.
Successfully returned the item on 13th Dec but haven't received the refund yet.
In January 2021 I contacted Zara for information. They said they did NOT receive the original amount (Rs. 11, 064). Still refunded me the amount. But I didn't receive it.
They sent this message-
"With regards to your order number 52343808998, we had already refunded the sum of ₹ 9, 990.00 on 13-Dec-2020 with Citrus ID OL7654543520611399428."
I hope the info I've given is enough.
I can't find any way to upload a pic here for the bank statement.
