It’s being a month I am continuously taking a follow up with you guys regarding mine refund of rs 6544 which I paid through UPI to Zara on 26th November, 2020... the amount got debited of rs 6544 from mine account but order didn’t got placed and neither the amount was received by Zara. Verified Support Dec 24, 2020 Citrus Payment Solutions Customer Care's response Hi, Please note that this is a successful transaction via Citrus Transaction Id - OL[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end. Please mail me the transaction I’d and all the relevant details to show Zara about the successful transaction of rs 6544 in their account
