[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Refund not initiated for failed payment transaction on Zara app

Zara payment failed. Order was cancelled. Money debited from the account. Details are provided in the screenshot below. Amount of Rs 4780

The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.

Hello, this also happened to me twice. First the amount was 590 (order no [protected]. ) and then the amount was 1980 (order no. [protected] ), please look into the matter.

Same happened with me and I still didn't get my refund.
