Citrus Payment Solutions — Refund not processed

Sir

I placed an order on zara.com using GOOGLEPAY and the amount of ₹3880 got deducted from my account but the vendor (zara.com) did not receive it. Hence my order got cancelled but I haven’t received the refund yet. I will attach my bank statement and screenshot of the transaction to further vouch for the transaction. Kindly look into it and do the needful as soon as possible and update me on the same.
