Hi. I had made a complaint regarding an order on Zara on June 30. I was told that my money would be refunded in 5-7 days, but I haven’t received the payment till date. I have made several inquiries regarding the status but you haven’t responded till date. I’m attaching the transaction details again for reference.
It’s been more than 7 days now(excluding holidays!)
Kindly initiate it asap.
Really disappointed with the service.
