Hi. I had made a complaint regarding an order on Zara on June 30. I was told that my money would be refunded in 5-7 days, but I haven’t received the payment till date. I have made several inquiries regarding the status but you haven’t responded till date. I’m attaching the transaction details again for reference. It’s been more than 7 days now(excluding holidays!) Your transaction with Citrus ID OL[protected] processed on[protected] for Rs. 4980.00 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and should reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund. Kindly contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not credited to the account within the mentioned time Regards, Citrus Support Team
