[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — refund of amount debited twice for nios registration fees | |||
This complaint is in reference to the txn. Made on 30.11.2017 for an amount of rs.5059/- debited twice from my iob savings a/c. The payment was made through my visa debit card though citrus payment gateway but no such confirmation received from the receiver's end. Later on i used my credit card for the said transaction & the same was successful. Now almost 40 days have been passed but the amount of rs.10118 (Rs.5059 x 2 times) is still not been credited to my a/c which should have done within max 2-3 days.
