[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — refund of amount for double payment | |
Dear sir, I kamrun nehar ref. No. D[protected] enrolment no.[protected] had registered in the d. El. Ed programme of the nios for the untrainted teacher of the private unaided school. Sir when my form was successfully submitted and the option of make payment was displayed i made a payment on 11.09.17. But after waiting for about 10 min when it again showed payment not made i again made a second payment for the same course again on 1.10.17 and this time it showed payment completed. Sir it is my humble request to you to please refund amount of my one payment of the double payment as it is my hard earned money. Sir your policy document shows payement once received will not be refunded but two payment made for a single course by the single person is not at all justified. Sir please refund my excess money for which i will be grateful to you forever. Hope you will initiate immediate steps for my due request. Thanks Kamrun naher Ref no.- d[protected] Enrol.
