[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Refund of cancelled order with Zara not yet received

I had placed an order with Zara on 7th Dec and had to immediately cancel it fue to some problem. As informed by Zara refund was processed by them. Screenshot of the same attached but i have not received the same amount in my account so please credit the same at the earliest
