[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — refund of money o[censored]nsuccessful transaction of comedk application form

Hello i, m abhijeet. On 7th march 2020 i was making payment for my comedk 2020 appliaction form, i tried twice both the times 1600 rupees got detucted from my bank account but when i re logged in on comedk portal it says my transaction was unsuccessful. I waited for a day for refund but neither my payment become successful on comedk portal nor i got refund.

Please help me in geeting my 3200 rupees back.
