Citrus Payment Solutions — Refund of my deducted amount

Hi i order through zara app . The amount got deducted from my bank account and my order also got cancelled due to delay in payment .
Can you please help me to rectify this issue.
I raised a complaint earlier also but didn’t get any reply from the citrus team . So i am raising this issue again
