I have made a cancelation request from Zara and they have initiated the refund but I haven't received it yet, It was made through Citrus Payment Solutions. I Would like to get the refund as soon as possible.

processed on[protected] for Rs. 2490.00 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect in your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays) from the date of refund.
