I have booked a ticket from Guwahati to Chennai on 10 September against Mrs. Manju Rani Talukdar. On 12 September payment of rs. 5341 was taken by citrus but the ticket was shown as failed. Next day I went to ICICI bank and I complaint against it and I emailed to your company and also goibibo but still I have not got any respond. And I have not got my refund back. We would like to inform you that the transaction CTX[protected] for 5341 INR was not successful at our end.

The amount for the same has been reversed from our end. The same shall be refunded within 7 to10 working days (excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays).
