I have to make a payment of my college fees o[censored]niversity of kota, kota on 29th of nov., 2017. While doing the txn thorough citrus payment gateway rs 2460/- deducted from my account but trancation is not done at the same time. I have provided the txn no. Which is showing in my account statement which is showing that amount was deducted but transition is still pending. The txn no. Is citrus [protected]-43243. I have also attached a photo of my statement with this complain.

Requesting you to kindly refund that particular txn amount back in my account.
