[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — regarding non payment of bill (narration [protected], cheque no./ref. no.[protected]

Vide cheque no./ref. No.[protected], dated 7th sept.2020 a sum of 3327 inr was supposed to be paid as water bill to hsvp via payment gateway issued by hsvp i. E. Citruseasypay. The money was deducted from my hdfc account [protected] but was not received by hsvp.

After multiple emails to citrus easy pay on their mentioned email contact i. E. [protected]@payu.in, i have received absolutely no revert nor have i got my money back.

Double checked the payment has been made by my bank but has not been transferred to hsvp. Checked with both hdfc and hsvp.

As checked, this is a successful transaction via Citrus transaction id OL[protected] and source transaction Id - [protected] at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant "eazypay" directly for further assistance with your query.

That makes no sense to me, which merchant are you referring to here? Money was deducted through my HDFC bank account as mentioned and not paid to HSVP. Transaction happened to your payment gateway i.e.citrus easypay, who is keeping the money. I've already contacted easypay and there is no response. Request you to not send unverified messages just to close the topic in the forum.

What a sham!! Citrus pay and easy pay. We should all just go about tracking you and your partners while you chill with the situation. Quite horrifying when you look at a larger sum going through "Citrus easypay", I clearly see you shirking responsibility instead of engaging your partner and closing the issue for the customer.
