[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — regarding payment status

Address:Ranga Reddy, Andhra Pradesh, 500084

I had made payment through citrus solutions on zara website worth 2290 rs on 10th december. The amount was deducted from my account. When communicated the same to zara, they replied that it was a pre authorisation payment through your gateway. They didnt recieve the payment. It has been 6 days and the money is not credited back. I am attaching the transaction screenshot for your reference.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible else i will have to approach consumer forum.
I have tried to register complaint through email as well but i haven't recieved any response
