Citrus Payment Solutions — Regarding refund of excess debited amount .

I had used a ICICI Bank credit card to pay ICICI prudential policy on 21/12/2022 of amount Rs. 20000/-. The first payment of Rs. 20000/- was failed and second payment of Rs. 20000/- was successful. A total of Rs. 40000/- was deducted from my credit card and till date excess amount of Rs. 20000/- was not returned. I had communicated the ICICI bank credit card customer care and they advice me to communicate the payment merchant. Please resolved my problem as earliest as possible.
