I order from the Zara app on 26/11/2020 and opted for UPI payment for my order. When I tried to pay through my UPI app, the payment was successful from my end, but Zara did not receive my order and the payment was pending. I contacted Zara customer care and they asked me to pay for it again. I paid for it again and it was successful the second time. But the refund for the first transaction has not been reflected in my account yet. Kindly provide me some information about my refund and help me with my refund of Rs 3588
