[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Regarding the refund of my amount

This is regarding zara India. I hade made a transaction on 5th december 2020 and I had cancelled my order on 5th december 2020. and didn't receive the amount yet. it's been almost a month now. and according to zara they have initiated the refund on 6th of december. attaching the proof of transaction and refund initiation. please reply as soon as possible this is very disappointing and irresponsible behaviour.
