[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Regarding upi payment for purchase from zara but order not received

Hi. I placed an order on zara on 20th june 2021 and paid via upi to citrus solutions pvt ltd.
an amount of 1280 was deducted from my account but there was no order received by zara and it has been canceled.

Kindly look into it and proceed with the refund at the earliest.
