Citrus Payment Solutions — Still haven't received my refund from Zara

Address:3rd Floor, Viraj Building, SV Road, Khar (West) Mumbai Mumbai City District Maharashtra India - 400052

My Zara order was returned back in late November and the refund was processed by Zara on 5 December and should have been in my account within 14 days but it has been around 2 months yet my refund is still not in my account. The transaction ID which Zara customer care gave me is OL[protected]
