Citrus Payment Solutions — Transaction completion acknowledgment not received

I have made transaction of INR 50500 via HDFC net banking. Transaction ID:[protected]. Even though amount has been debited from account, but we have not received successful completion of transaction. Please let us know if transaction was successful- if yes please share acknowledgment, if no, let us know how and when will the amount be refunded.
