[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — transaction failed amount not credited in beneficiary act

Sir,
i made top up of digital seva portal using citrus payment gateway, amt deducted from my account but not credited in digital seva portal account for rs.2200 on 10/4/2019. Name mukeshbhai dahyabhai chauhan. reason shows transaction cancelled. i have send screen shot of both account. for ur doing needfull at the earliest

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
