Citrus Payment Solutions — transaction failed but amount deducted from bank

Hello sir,

I was making a payment for airtel dth from airtel website https://www.airtel.in/s/selfcare/DTH using axis bank net banking,
Inr 276 deducted from my account but the website shows transaction failed, it is not showing any such transaction in transaction history (In airtel account)

I waited for 4 hours because i thought it is a bad transaction and money will be refunded, but it did not happen.

Please help.
