[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — transaction failed/declined after payment but money has been deducted

I've paid 2 payments yesterday for NIOS Deled 2nd year from SBI net banking Rs 6010 each and it's show failed /declined after payment And the money has been deducted from my sbi bank account, but while i'm checking the status of both persons, status showings Payment Not Made. Enrollment number (1)- [protected] and Enrollment number (2)- [protected].Money has deducted from The SBI account number [protected]. So kindly please refund my money so I can pay again because the last date of submission is 07/07/18.

Updated by Ralezoci Marbz04 I've paid online payment from SBI net banking for enrollment number [protected]. NIOS DELED 2nd year admission fees Rs 6010 on 04/07/16 the money was deducted from my bank account reference number IGADWXAZY7 from SBI account [protected]. But the transaction was Failed so please refund back this money to the same SBI account Because on 06/07/18 I paid again for this same enrollment no from SBI ATM card Rs 6060 and it was successful reference no : OTHPG[protected] EAZYPAY BANK ICICI LMT MUMBAI from sbi account no [protected]. That's mean I've paid double payment for this person and please refund back the money which was deducted on 04/07/18 through net banking. Thanks Citrus Pay.
