Citrus Payment Solutions — Transaction Failure on Zara but money deducted by citrus pay

I was shopping online on the Zara app on 25th November 2021 and placed an order for a jacket and paid using UPI and citrus pay was the merchant partner for the payment. The amount of INR 3354 got deducted from my account but the transaction failed on zara's portal. I have been trying to contact citrus pay and zara but no one is helping out. Please help me get the refund.
